Orsero presents the results of a research project titled “Dare buoni frutti – Italians and the ‘new’ habits of fruit consumption”, which focuses on the opinions, needs and consumption mechanisms that drive Italians in their choice of fruit.
An in-depth and wide-ranging survey, conducted in collaboration with the research institute IPSOS and Corriere della Sera, and involving a sample of more than 1,000 interviewees aged between 18 and 65.
