Paolo Prudenziati
NON-EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN
Born in Milan in 1956. He graduated with a degree in Agricultural Sciences and started his career at Cargill in 1981. He joined Chiquita Brands International in 1989 covering numerous positions of responsibility internationally, becoming Senior Vice President Trading and Emerging Markets and Chief Executive Officer of Chiquita Italia. He joined the Group in 2016 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer. From February 2017 he become Chairman, Managing Director and Chief Commercial Officer of Orsero Group. Since December 2019, Mr. Prudenziati is non-executive Chairman of Orsero.
Raffaella Orsero
DEPUTY CHAIR and CEO
Born in Savona in 1966. During her studies in law, in 1993 she started her career in the commercial department at Simba SpA, a GF Group company, becoming Managing Director in 2002. From 2003 to 2007, she was also Managing Director at Reefer Terminal S.p.A. From September 2006, following the death of her father, the founder of GF Group, she became Managing Director of GF Group, a position she held until July 2015 when she became Chair. In February 2017 Mrs. Orsero was appointed Deputy Chair, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Orsero Group.
Matteo Colombini
Co-CEO and CFO
Born in Bologna in 1983. After graduating in Law and Business Administration and a master’s course in General Management at Bocconi University in Milan, he started his career at the Bank of Ireland. In 2008, he went to work at Bain & Company Italy Inc until 2015 when he joined GF Group SpA as Group Chief Financial Officer. In February 2017 Mr. Colombini was appointed also Managing Director of Orsero Group.
Calogero (Alessandro) Canalella
CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER (CCO)
Born in Alassio (SV) in 1971. After obtaining a degree in Economics and Commerce from the University of Genoa, in 2001 he began his professional career at Simba S..p.A, an Orsero Group’s company involved in the importation of bananas and pineapples, then he also took the commercial management of the Group main distributing entity, Fruttital S.r.l. Since February 2020, he is Chief Commercial Officer of Orsero Group in addition to his previous positions as Managing Director of Simba and Fruttital.
Tommaso Cotto
CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER (COO)
Born in Biella in 1986. He has a degree in Management Engineering at the Polytechnic of Turin and in Business Economics at ESCP-Europe. He started his professional experience at Bain & Company Italy Inc in 2010 as a consultant. He joined the Group in November 2015 as Chief Operations Officer.
Alessandro Piccardo
CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER (CHRO)
Born in Albenga (SV) in 1964. A degree in History, he joined GF Group SpA in 1998 as assistant to the Commercial Director of Reefer Terminal SpA, becoming Chairman and CEO in 2007, a position that he held until 2015. Member of the Board of Directors in various Orsero Group’s companies , from 2014 he is Chief Human Resources Officer .
Daniele Viti
MANAGING DIRECTOR OF FRUTTITAL
Born in Pisa in 1971, he joined the Group in 1996 in the commercial area of Simba S.p.A., a Group company that deals with the import of bananas and pineapples, becoming GDO sales manager in 2005. In 2018, he took on the same role in Fruttital S.r.l., the Group’s main distribution company, of which he became commercial director in 2020 and, from April 2023, managing director.
Feliciano (Felix) Freiria
MANAGING DIRECTOR OF HERMANOS FERNÁNDEZ LÓPEZ
Born in 1968 and graduated in Law from the University of Barcelona, with a Masters in Commerce and International Legislation and a Masters in Management of Companies operating in the food wholesale sector, he joined Hermanos Fernández López in 1994, covering roles of growing responsibility and supporting the Fernandez family in the growth and development of the Company until becoming its Operating Director in 2014 and then General Manager in 2020. Since May 2022 he has been appointed Managing Director of Hermanos Fernández López.
Sébastien Postifferi
EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN OF AZ FRANCE
Born in Avignon in 1976. In 1996 he obtained the BTS in International Commerce at the Lycée Perier of Marseille. After working for the Company Fruttica S.a.s. for 5 years within the sales office, purchasing and selling mainly Italian products, he took over the management of the company, holding the position of Executive Chairman of Fruttica S.a.s. and of the holding company Postifruit S.a.s. until May 2019 when the company was acquired by Orsero S.p.A. He currently holds the position of Executive Chairman of the Company AZ France SA.
Stéphane Blampin
EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN (PRÉSIDENT) OF GROUPE BLAMPIN
Born in Marseille in 1966. In 1986, having completed his studies, he began his work in the commercial area of Blampin, with a focus on the procurement and sales function, representing the fourth generation of the Blampin family involved in the company. In1998 he took over as Executive Chairman of Blampin S.a.S., the parent company of Groupe Blampin, a position he still holds today.
Vincent Soler
EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN (PRÉSIDENT) OF CAPEXO
Born in Casablanca (Morocco) in 1966. After a decade of experience in the marketing of fresh fruit and vegetables, in 1996 he founded the company Capexo together with Jean-Luc Maury, taking over as President or General Manager from time to time in alternation with the other founder. In 2023, following the acquisition by Orsero, he was confirmed as Executive Chairman of the company Capexo S.a.s..
Jean-Luc Maury
GENERAL MANAGER (DIRECTEUR GÉNÉRAL) OF CAPEXO
Born in Castelsarrasin in 1965. After his studies, he started working in the fruit and vegetable sector at a very young age and in 1996, together with Vincent Soler, he founded the company Capexo with the aim of specialising in the marketing of exotic fruit and vegetables in France. Over the years, he alternated with Vincent Soler as President and General Manager. In 2023, following the takeover by Orsero, he was confirmed in the role of General Manager of the company Capexo S.a.s..
José João Antunes
CHAIRMAN AND MANAGING DIRECTOR OF EUROFRUTAS
Born in 1973, he graduated as an Agricultural Engineer at the Technical University of Lisbon. After various experiences in sales and marketing area in companies of the agri-food sector, in 2011 he became Sales Director in the company Iberian Salads Agricultura S.A.. In 2015 he joined the Orsero group with the role of commercial General Manager of Eurofrutas S.A.. Since April 2022 he has been appointed Chairman and Managing Director of Eurofrutas
Luca Tarabella
CHAIRMAN AND MANAGING DIRECTOR OF BELLA FRUTTA
Born in Mesagne (BR) in 1971, he graduated in Economics at the University of Genoa in 1997, Luca Tarabella speaks Italian, Greek, English, Spanish, French, Russian. He joined the Group in May 2000 as sales manager for Greece, based in Athens. Since September 2012 he has been the managing director of Bella Frutta S.A.
Manlio Ginocchio
CHAIRMAN AND MANAGING DIRECTOR OF COSIARMA
Born in Camogli (GE) in 1967. He began his career in the world of container transport in 1990, after a scientific maturity. In 1997, he joined the maritime branch of the Group as Maintenance & Repair Manager and, subsequently, as Container Division Manager. In 2014 he was appointed Managing Director and, since August 2019, also Chairman of COSIARMA S.p.A.
Giacomo Ricca
MANAGER RESPONSIBLE FOR CORPORATE ACCOUNTING DOCUMENTS up to April 30, 2023
Born in Savona on May 22, 1958. He graduated in Economics and Commerce at the University of Genoa in November 1982. After various work experiences he joined the Group in 1998, dealing with management reporting / control and, in particular, with the preparation of the consolidated financial statements, of which he is now responsible. As of the start of the negotiations, he is the Manager responsible for preparing the corporate accounting documents.
Edoardo Dupanloup
MANAGER RESPONSIBLE FOR CORPORATE ACCOUNTING DOCUMENTS as fom May 1,2023
Born in Savona in 1973 and graduated in 1999 in Economics. From 1999 to 2010 he held positions of increasing responsibility in the Finance department of some multinational companies. In 2010, he joined the Group in the Management Control area and, since 2017 he has served as Investor Relator and support to M&A /Corporate Development. From May 2023, in addition to prior assignments, he is the Manager responsible for preparing the corporate accounting documents.
Luis Fernandez López
SENIOR ADVISOR TO ORSERO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Born in Albox (Almería – Spain) in 1946, Spanish nationality. In the 1960s he started his activity in the wholesale distribution of fresh fruit and vegetables, which he managed until May 2022 as executive director of Hermanos Fernández López, S.A. (“HFL”). Since May 2022 he became Senior Advisor to the Board of Directors of Orsero S.p.A..
